On Feb 23, Harbour BioMed announced a license agreement and equity partnership with Solstice Oncology for the exclusive development and commercialization of a clinical stage portfolio asset HBM4003 outside Greater China, a deal valued at over US$1.2 billion. The next day, SanegeneBio announced that its SGB-9768 has received Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of immune complex-mediated membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN).
